Article 1

Sec. 1.1. The stated meetings of King Lodge shall convene on the first and third Saturdays of each month, opening at 9:30 a.m.

Sec. 1.1.1. When the stated meeting falls on a holiday or if a state of emergency exists, which prevents convening for said meeting, King Lodge shall convene the Saturday immediately following, opening at the same hour.

Sec. 1.1.1.1. What circumstances constitute a "state of emergency" falls entirely at the Worshipful Master's discretion.

Sec. 1.2. By (Reg. 22.030 & 22.040), the Worshipful Master may call a meeting to convene.
