Article 8

Sec. 8.1. (Reg. 29.010). A fee of $135.00 must accompany every petition for initiation. The petitioner may pay in whole or thirds ($45.00) due before each degree.

Sec. 8.2. (Reg. 40.100). A fee of $30.00 plus dues prorated for the remainder of the current year must accompany every petition for plural membership, affiliation, or restoration.

Sec. 8.3. If the Lodge rejects any petition, it shall return all fees submitted to the proper person.

Sec. 8.4. The Lodge shall not return any fees submitted for degrees conferred but will return fees upon demand for each degree not conferred.
