Article 2

Sec. 2.1. (Reg. 12.020). The officers of King Lodge shall be a Worshipful Master, a Senior and Junior Warden, a Treasurer, a Secretary, a Senior and Junior Deacon, a Senior and Junior Steward, and a Tyler.

Sec. 2.2. (Reg. 17.010). The Lodge shall hold the annual election of officers at the second stated meeting in November. The first five officers must be elected by a majority ballot, ignoring blank ballots

Sec. 2.2.2 The Worshipful Master-elect shall appoint the remaining officers and any additional officers he sees fit to benefit the Lodge.

Sec. 2.3. All officers shall be installed at the second stated meeting in December or as soon thereafter as possible.
